Sunnyside is the peninsula located in between Oden bay and Kootenai bay, along the Ihado 200 states highway (=Pend Oreille Scenic Byway). The Sunnyside Road is branched from ID200 at Cluver and you can reach the lake shore by 10 or 15 minutes driving. The place is so silent and beatiful and scenic, therefore many vilas are standing here. Though the road condition is bad, you can enjoy the lake side driving much. I parked my car at the silent beach, looks like a "private beach" and remind the memory of about quarter century ago, I visited here with my host family and his friend to dive from the board and swim.
